Visual Guide: Displaying Information

Scholar/Pro users can display personal information in their scholar page. To add information to your scholar page, you first need to associate your user with your Widiem scholar page. You can do so via your Settings page.

Once the association between your user and scholar page is made, go to the Displayed Information section of your Settings page. A link to the Settings page appears at the top right-hand corner of every page: Hover over your name > click Settings.

Also, a link to the Settings page as well as a direct link to the Displayed Information section appear on the left side of the Homepage.

Enter a description of your Research Status (up to 65 characters) and/or Research Interests (up to 300 characters) in the designated fields.
To add a picture of yourself*, click on the Choose File button and select a picture.
* Note that pictures of objects, animals, or people other than yourself will be removed.
Once you have completed updating your scholar page, click on the Save button.

The information you have entered will now appear on your scholar page. You many update your information at any time.
To remove your picture, check the box next to Remove picture and click on the Save button.
